The 2026 All-PEC Rocket League teams recognize the most impactful players across the entire Power Esports Conference, as voted on by member schools. Unlike traditional roster construction, these selections were not built to form a playable lineup or balance roles. Instead, they reflect a league-wide evaluation of individual performance, influence on match outcomes, and consistency across the season.

Each program reviewed player performance and contributed to a collective vote, identifying competitors who consistently elevated their teams and defined the competitive standard of the PEC. These selections represent impact—not composition.
